Yvette Bernier

BERNIER, M. Yvette age 95. Died November 21, 2005. Beloved mother of Jean-Claude Monique Duval of Oakville, Ontario, Canada; the late Robert Bernier; Daughter-in-law Alice Bernier of Royal Oak, Michigan. Sister of Rachel Boivin of Montreal, Canada. Proud grandmother of eight and great grandmother of Twelve. She enjoyed sewing and did alterations into her 90's. She drove her own car until she was 90. Lived in Florida for 35 years. She was also a member of the Altar Society at St. Mary Magdalene, Royal Oak. She did volunteer work mad cancer pads for the Cancer Society. Visitation will be Sunday, November 27th from 2:00pm until 4:00pm with a 3:30 wake service at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road, Utica, Michigan. Monday, November 28th; she will lie in state at 11:00am until time of funeral mass at 11:30 am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Road, Utica; officiating by Father Robert Fisher. Her cremains will be buried at the St. Therese Cemetery, St. Therese de Blainville, Quebec, Canada. Memorials suggested to the Lighthouse Hospice or Wilmar Nursing Center, Utica.
