Haylett, Winifred Clare Age 89 October 2, 2010 Dear daughter of the late Robert W and Lydia Haylett. Dear Aunt of Susan Haylett deRoos, Marianne Ken Schmanske, Barbara Seitz, Christina Andy Wood Haylett, Patrice Seiler, Kathryn Rick Ebaugh and the late Robert W. Haylett. Dear sister of the late Fred Irene Haylett. Also numerous great nieces and nephews. She was born August 11, 1921 in Clawson, MI. She lived in Pleasant Ridge for the past 72 years. Served in the US Navy during World War II, she was stationed in Washington DC from 1943-1946. She graduated from University of California, Northridge with BS in Human Resources. She also received her Masters Degree from Oakland University in Guidance and Counseling. Winifred retired from Michigan Bell Telephone's, Engineering Department in 1982 after 42 years of service. She was a member of the Michigan Bell Pioneers club, member of Women in Military Services and member of the American Legion Post in Bradenton, Florida. Memorial Mass at St Mary's Catholic Church, Royal Oak, time and date are pending. Arrangements by Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, Royal Oak. Memorial Contributions to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
