MELAN, WILLIAM M. Age 52. Died Wednesday, September 24, 2008 of Sterling Heights. Beloved husband of Cynthia Melan Nee Murphy. Dearest brother of Victoria Hugh Sknierc and Chris Kathy Melan. Loving uncle of Fred and Michael Mongeau, Kristy Kurt Bruchert and Michael Melan. Proud great-uncle of Hannah and Brooklyn. Beloved son of the late William and Helen Melan. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 9:30 AM at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 12509 19 Mile Road, Sterling Heights with Rev. Franciso Restrepo officiating. Visitation Monday 5-8 PM and Tuesday 2-8 PM with a scripture service at 7 PM at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd. 3 Blks. E. of Van Dyke, Utica. Additional visitation on Wednesday at 9:00 AM until time of mass at church. Memorials are suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Entombment at Christian Memorial Cemetery, Rochester Hills.
