W. McCray

W. Gerald ôJerryö McCray, 85, of Royal Oak, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008 at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. He was born Oct. 31, 1922 in Detroit. Mr. McCray loved his family very much. He was an accomplished actor in the local theatre, including Stagecrafters. He was an avid boater, enjoyed photography and loved music. Mr. McCray was predeceased by his wife, Charlotte, on August 24, 2001. The couple married on April 3, 1948 in Garden City. He was also predeceased by a daughter, Catherine Morrow. Surviving are his son, Douglas Jennine McCray of Warren; sister, Martha Ken Frantz; grandchildren, Adam Morrow, Jessica Morrow, Charlotte McCray and Alec McCray.
