Vivian G. Brown Cameron, age 103, of Royal Oak, passed away on May 9, 2014 at The William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born in Detroit on April 27, 1911 to the late Karl and Clara Brown. She was most proud of being married to the late Lester Cameron, who passed away on February 18, 1993. She is survived by her loving son Dean Cameron and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings Robert Brown, Karl E. Brown, James Brown and Eileen Oster. Vivian lived in Royal Oak since 1952. She worked at Mead Paper Products of Novi. She was an avid baseball fan, and loved her Detroit Tigers. At one point in her life she had traveled to every major league baseball park in the United States and Canada. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday 2-8 p.m. with a scripture service at 7 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. Instate Thursday at 10:30 a.m. until the time of mass at 11 a.m. at St. Justin's Catholic Church, Hazel Park. Burial will take place at White Chapel cemetery.
