Valeria Prawdzik

PRAWDZIK, Valeria T. Age 86. November 14, 2007. Though Valeria was born November 7, 1921 in Wyandotte, she grew up in Poland and returned to the U.S. at the onset of WWII in 1939. She met the love of her life, her late husband, Eddie, at the age of 25. Together they had three children. Valeria worked at Kmart and retired with the company in 1988. During her retirement years, she enjoyed gardening and feeding feral cats. Valeria is survived by her son, Robert Prawdzik and wife, Peggy; daughter, Annabelle Christensen and husband, Butch; daughter, Judith Gates and husband, Paul; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and her cat, Silver.
