Ursula Mullen

Ursula ôSueö I. Mullen, 81, of Hazel Park, died Feb. 1, 2008, at Cambridge East Nursing Home in Madison Heights. She was born Sept. 16, 1926, in Detroit. Ms. Mullen was a Hazel Park resident for more than 80 years. She graduated from Shrine High School in Royal Oak and was employed as a bookkeeper with Kerns, S.S. Kresge, Awrey Bakery and the Faygo Bottling Company in Detroit. She was a member of St. JustinÆs Altar Society and a prior member of St. RitaÆs in Detroit. She loved traveling and hockey, and was a hockey season ticket holder for many years. Ms. Mullen is survived by her brother, Joseph Joanie Mullen, and her 26 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Elizabeth Mullen; and her siblings, Kenneth Mullen, Rita Hughes, Mary Doyle and James Mullen.
