Tracy Losey

Tracy Dorothy "Dot" Losey nee Spanke, age 84, a 54-year resident of Clawson, formerly of Troy, died Friday, November 14, 2008, at her home. She was born November 30, 1923, in Troy. Mrs. Losey was a long time member of T.O.P.S., where she was the treasurer and weight recorder, and a lifelong member of Guardian Angels Catholic Church. She was also an avid Tigers fan and loved to travel. She is survived by her children, Ronald Sharon Losey of Bremerton, WA, Colleen David Crumley of Troy, Cynthia Brian Geering of Lake Orion and Claudia Jeffery Gieleghem of Warren; grandchildren, Alex, Rebecca and Ryan Gieleghem and Terry Kelly Linville; and great grandchildren, Hayden, Brynn, Mahayla and Noah. She was preceded in death by 10 siblings, and by her husband, Calvin Losey, on December 23, 1986, whom she wed August 18, 1945, in Royal Oak. Visitation Sunday 3-8 p.m. and Monday 4-8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. scripture service at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. In state Tuesday 10 a.m. until time of mass 10:30 a.m. at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Clawson, with the Rev. Hoang Lam officiating. Burial will take place at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
