Thomas Tallian

Thomas C. Tallian, age 85, a resident of Royal Oak for 53 years, died April 17, 2010 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was born December 23, 1924 in Pontiac. Mr. Tallian retired in 1990 from Modern Engineering after 35 years of service. He loved to golf and do yard work. He is survived by his wife, Lois V. Leitch Tallian, whom he married May 28, 1948; children, Thomas J. Mary Susan Tallian of Belding, MI and Richard B. Nancy Tallian of Cherry Hills Village, CO; grandchildren, Lindsay, Thomas, Sarah, Dylan and Graham; and sister-in-law, Wayfu Tallian. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph J. and Emily Tallian; and siblings, Robert Tallian, Grace Ingram and Joseph Tallian. There will be memorial visitation Saturday 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service 1 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak, with the Rev. Dale Hunter officiating. The inurnment will take place at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak. Memorials to the charity of the donor's choice appreciated.
