Thomas O'Donnell

O'DONNELL, Thomas William. age 72, died Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Crittenton Hospital, Rochester Hills, Michigan. Mr. O'Donnell was born on February 15, 1937, in Detroit, Michigan; to James Doyle and Maureen Elizabeth nee Keavy O'Donnell. He is a 1955 graduate of Catholic Central High School. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Thomas married Judith M. VerVane on June 22, 1974. He was a life member of the Knights of Columbus and was a 3rd Degree Knight. He retired after 35 years of employment with AAA. He is survived by his wife, Judy; children: Kelly James Qussar O'Donnell Qussar, William T.Emily O'Donnell, Joseph Denise LaFleur, and James Kathy Lash. Proud grandfather of Robbie, Jessica, and Kevin. Dear brother of Maureen Carl Peters, Mary Jo Henry Maher, Michael Sheryl O'Donnell, and Patrick Janet O'Donnell. He is preceeded in death by son, Robbie LaFleur, brothers: James Doyle Jr., and William Breen O'Donnell. Visitation is Wednesday 5:00 pm-9:00 pm and Thursday 1:00 pm-9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Road 3 blks east of VanDykeUtica. Friday instate at 10:30 am until time of funeral mass 11:00 am at St. Kieran Catholic Church, 53600 Mound Rd btwn 24 & 25 Mile Shelby Township, Michigan.
