Theresa Clouse

Theresa M. Clouse, 82, of Ferndale for 57 years, died Monday, October 27, 2008, at Bortz Health Care, Henry Ford Hospice in Warren. She was born February 1, 1926, in Hemlock, MI. Mrs. Clouse loved to sew and was very involved with her friends in the deaf community. She attended the Deaf Senior Citizens group at the Ferndale Community Center and was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Charles Clouse of Harrison Township and Diana Dean Dubuque of Royal Oak; grandchildren, Charlene Louis Stewart, Leanne Little, Margaret Clouse and Jacob Dubuque; five great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Clouse, on March 17, 1994. The couple were married June 21, 1947, in Saginaw; five brothers; and three sisters. Visitation is Wednesday 5 - 8:00 pm and Thursday 2 - 8:00 pm at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W. Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. In state Friday 9:30 am until time of mass 10:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, Ferndale. The Rev. Richard Yost will officiate. Burial at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
