Theresa Ashby, age 91, a lifelong resident of the Utica area passed away Feb. 12, 2013 at The Romeo Care Center in Romeo. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Dear mother of the late Dennis. Dear sister of Shirley Czarniak and the late Albert Mills, Edwin Mills, Vivian Sorrentino and Helen Elett. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
