Widgren, Theodore R. Age 92. A resident of Royal Oak for 65 years, died June 22, 2011 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was born January 6, 1919 in Detroit. Mr. Widgren was the owner of Widgren's Barber Shop in Royal Oak. Ted is predeceased by his loving wife Fern, who he married October 7, 1940 at St. Rita Catholic Church in Detroit. Dear father of Richard R. Janet Widgren of St. Clair Shores, and Sheila J. Frank Mills of Royal Oak. Proud grandfather of Julie John Killian, Michael Beth Widgren, Kristi Michael Cate, Andrea Eric Munzenberger and Jennifer Jason Everts. Also survived by 12 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Geneva McClintock of Suttons Bay, John Widgren of Kaleva, Carol Urbanus of Bear Lake and the late Ruth. Visitation Friday 3-8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Rosary at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. In state Saturday 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass 10 a.m. at the National Shrine of the Little Flower, Royal Oak.
