God's faithful servant. Born in Detroit to the late James and Etta on July 13, 1923. Resident of Hazel Park. Beloved husband of Marjorie nee Clingan for 66 years. Loving father of Glynne Ellen John Van Dyke, Paul Linda, Janice Dwain Gerber, Kathleen Tom Lindquist, Cynthia Steve Phillips and Ruth Les Perry. Grandfather of 22 and great grandfather of 30. Brother of Bernice Kniffen, and the late Jimmy and Norman Crumley. Glenn worked as a mechanic and was in the Navy for three years. Glenn served as a missionary in Congo for 35 years and was very active in his local church. He also worked with the Boys and Girls Bible Club and Christian Mission for the Deaf. "And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also"- II Timothy 2:2. Glenn produced faithful followers of Christ and was able to see the fruits of his labor on a return visit to Congo after 20 years. Visitation Monday 4-8 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 26510 Schoenherr, Warren, MI. 48089. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Boys and Girls Bible Club, 21122 Indian Street, Southfield, MI 48033, Christian Mission for the Deaf for Lindquists, P.O.
