Stacie Seymour

Stacie Marie Seymour, age 25, of Madison Heights, formerly a 20-year resident of Royal Oak, died March 15, 2009. She was born September 19, 1983 in Detroit. Stacie was a 2001 graduate of Dondero High School in Royal Oak. She was a member of the National Honor Society. She graduated from Oakland University with honors, with a degree in business administration in December 2008. Her family described her as a loving, caring, outgoing and athletic person. She was also a wonderful lover, friend, sister, daughter and aunt. Stacie is survived by her parents, Scott and Susanne Seymour of Royal Oak; fiancé, Adam Yednock; siblings, Sarah Seymour, Scott Seymour, Samantha Seymour and Shawn Seymour; grandparents, Donald Gora Sr., Vivian Brinker and Bill Seymour; future mother-in-law, Barbara Yednock; several aunts, uncles, cousins and her two dogs, Blitzen and Dasher. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Elizabeth Gora. Visitation will be Wednesday 5 - 8 p.m. and Thursday 2 - 8 p.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. The service will be held on Friday 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Christian Memorial Cultural Center in Rochester Hills.
