SHIRLEY A. MURAKAMI, age 56, February 14, 2010 of Shelby Twp. Beloved wife of William M. Murakami, Sr. Dear mother of William Jennifer Murakami, Jr. and Brian Kelly Murakami. Loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Fellowship Church in Romeo where she served as a Stephen Minister Leader and taught Sunday School and Confirmation Classes. She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Utica and the former owner of The Lutheran Book & Gift Shop in Utica. Friends may call at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd. 3 blks. E. of Van Dyke Utica from 2:00 - 9:00 PM Wednesday and Thursday. Funeral Service 5:30 PM Friday at Grace Lutheran Fellowship, 7525 32 Mile Rd., Romeo. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you bring a Teddy Bear which will later be donated to a Children's Charity; or Donations to The Kidney Cancer Association would be appreciated.
