Shawn Brindley

Shawn J. A. Brindley, age 18 of Alger, passed away suddenly on September 6, 2010. Shawn had lived in Alger since 2007, formerly of Belleville. He attended Standish-Sterling High School. He enjoyed fishing, basketball, football and playing the guitar. Shawn is survived by his parents, Robert and Michelle Brindley; his sister, Maggie and brother, Andrew all of Alger; grandparents, Christine Hihnala and Deborah Arrwood both of Alger, William and Kaye Arrwood of Belleville, Robert H. Brindley of Sanford, FL; his great-grandmother, Margaret Prentke of Berkley; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home in Royal Oak will begin at 12 noon on Saturday, September 11, 2010 until the time of the service at 4:00 p.m. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2010 until the time of the service at 8:00 p.m.
