Royal Oak Loving Mother of Jamie Skaggs, Jerry Skaggs Jr., and Jennifer Skaggs, Proud Grandmother of Jacob, Joshua, Jasmine, John, Emma, Andrew, Isabella, and Jerry Dear Sister of Debbie Tom Bashur, Jeannie Teague, Janet Jeff Kestner, Tom Teague, Dolores Norm Jones, Carol Larry Goans, Ralph Jr. Janice Teague, Richard Brenda Teague, Linda Pelphrey,and Betty Troyn Also survived by 23 Nieces and Nephews and 24 Great Nieces and Nephews and many friends.
