Ruth Demanowski

Ruth M. Demanowski, age 85, a resident of Royal Oak, died December 21, 2011 at her home. She was born December 6, 1926 in Detroit to the late George and Mildred Hunt. Mrs. Demanowski loved traveling to northern Michigan and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Hallett; sister, Delores Yagley; grandchildren, Blair Heather, Brian Kerri, Angela, Amanda and Danny; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Demanowski, on January 29, 2011; children, Robert Demanowski and Gail Moll; and grandchildren, Bobby and Johnny. Mrs. Demanowski will lie in state Wednesday 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass 10:30 a.m. at St. Dennis Catholic Church in Royal Oak.
