Robert Foster, Sr

Robert W. Foster, Sr. passed away yesterday October 28th at Douglas Care Center in Douglas, Wyoming. Robert "Bob" as most people knew him in the Newcastle area, was a long standing accountant and citizen in the area. He was born in Powell, Wyoming on January 7, 1924. Bob has lived in Lusk, Wyoming for the past few years until just a few months ago. He was still doing bookkeeping and income taxes. Bob was very instrumental in establishing and initiating the cable television system in not only Newcastle, but also Upton and Moorcroft in the 1980's.

Bob is survived by his wife Nina and her three children as well as her nine grandchildren. In addition, he is also survived by a son and a daughter, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great nephew.

Bob's first wife of 55 years, Selma, prdeceased him in August of 1996.

Graveside services will be held in Casper, Wyoming in Highland Cemetery. Service date and time are pending at this time. Bustard's Funeral Directors of Casper are in charge of the arrangements.
