Richard "Dick" Theron Watts, age 79, a resident of Royal Oak, died March 16, 2012 at his home. He was born March 9, 1933 in West Bloomfield Township to the late Charles T. and Nona Mae Watts. Mr. Watts was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. He was a Tool & Die Maker/Designer. He was a member of the Ferndale Senior Center. He had several hobbies including, golfing, fishing, bike riding and riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Shirley A. Brownheim-Watts; children, Richard Terry Watts, Brenda Greg Bennett, Bob Broyles, Brent Broyles, Lorna Broyles, Jennifer Bill Reimer, Dan Kellie Brownheim, Scott Barbara Brownheim, Ellen Michael Thomas, Lucy Chris Baldassarra Eisenhardt and Kristine Brian Hart; 20 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Watts; and brother, Robert Mary Watts. The visitation will be Monday 5-8 p.m. and Tuesday 2-8 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. The service will be Wednesday 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dale Hunter officiating.
