Rachel C. Grapentine, age 87, a longtime Utica resident, passed away Feb. 4, 2014 at Wm. Beaumont Hospital, Troy. Beloved wife of the late William E. Grapentine. Dear mother of William Sally Grapentine, Jr., John Wanda Grapentine, Rebecca Samuel Beals, Ruth John Hagen and the late Jane Elizabeth Grapentine. Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Karl Evelyn Hyypio, Paul Nancy Hyypio and Ida Stanley Michaelson. Friends may call at Wm.
