Philip J. Toia, age 87 of Shelby Twp. formerly of Warren passed away June 19, 2012 at his residence. He is a member of St. Kieran Catholic Church, Shelby Twp.; the D.A.V. Post 129; Club Madonna del Ponte; The United Street Machine Car Club; retired from the Warren Woods Schools and was a WWII Veteran Navy Armed Guard Gun Crew. Beloved husband of the late Vita Velma. Dear father of Salvatore Patricia Toia, Joseph Theresa Toia, Ninfa Toia and the late Josephine Ann Toia. Loving grandfather of Amanda Jesse Toia-Fanone, Jessica Toia, Marissa Jeff Toia-Kemp, Ashley Danny Guzman, Philip Toia, Christopher Shoupe, Shelbie Shoupe.
