Peter Breniser

Peter C. Breniser, age 88, a resident of Novi, formerly of Royal Oak, died April 10, 2013. He was born December 25, 1924 in Highland Park to the late Peter and Evelyn Breniser. He owned and operated Fred's Barber Shop in Birmingham. He was also a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Virginia. Loving father of Barbara Chuck Hart and Elizabeth Tim Murphy; dear brother of Paul Breniser, Doug Breniser and the late Virginia Ricketts; proud grandfather of Stephen Michelle Barnaby, Jennifer Ken Blain, Patrick Shannon Murphy and Colleen Jim Stachowiak; and great grandfather of Meira, Ian, Jack, Thomas, Amanda, Connor and Liam. The visitation will be Friday 4-8 p.m. and service Saturday 11 a.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Road 4 blocks E of Woodward, Royal Oak. Burial with military honors on Monday 2:30 p.m. at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Memorials to First Congregational Church of Royal Oak or Fox Run Benevolent Fund are appreciated.
