Born in Gagetown, MI on December 8, 1925. Beloved husband of Jeanne M. nee Bourdon. Loving father of David Carol, Bonnie Jahn, Leslie Brad Niederquell, Lisa Jeff Howery Thiel, and the late Paula Thiel. Loving grandfather of Laura, Nicholas and Christopher Samantha Thiel, Erin and Caitlin Jahn, Tracie Michael Kent, Paul Thiel, Derek and Hayley Niederquell. Great grandfather of Mason Kent and Brooklyn. Dear brother of Mary Margaret Muegee, predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters. Paul was in the U.S. Navy and a WWII veteran. He worked at the Ford Motor Co. Livonia Transmission Plant as a Machine Repairman for 40 years and was a member of the UAW Local #182. Paul loved to garden, fish, and hunt. He was a devoted husband and father and loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. Paul loved the outdoors, animals, was very generous and liked to fix things. Visitation Wednesday 4 - 7 p.m. Funeral Service 7 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. Memorials to Alzheimer's Association appreciated.
