Nancy Johnston

Nancy L. Johnston, age 64, a resident of Southfield, formerly of Royal Oak, died January 7, 2011 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born May 4, 1946 in Detroit. Mrs. Johnston worked at the American Legion Post #14 for 15 years. She always enjoyed life, family and friends. Making everyone happy made her happy. She is survived by her children, Julie Ann C.J. LaMadeleine of Deltona, FL, Jody L. Crouse of Royal Oak and David F. Jill Johnston of Howell; sister, Lois Edward James of Coldwater, MI; grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Kaitlyn, David, Jack and Katie; and great grandchildren, Lindsey and Benjamin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Foster and Marie Wright; and brothers, Steven, George and David Wright. The visitation will be Sunday 12-8 p.m. and service Monday 11 a.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak, with the Rev. Dale Hunter officiating. The burial will take place at Roseland Park Cemetery in Berkley.
