Funeral Services for Donna Lee Garhart will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, October 13th at the Upton Community Center with Pastor Randy Fowler as officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery at Crook County under direction of Worden Funeral Directors of Newcastle. Visitation will be at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, October 12th at Worden Funeral Directors.
Donna Lee Garhart age 48 of Osage, WY died Friday October 8, 2010 in her home. She was born August 4, 1962 in Newcastle, WY. She lived most of her life in Osage, WY attending Osage Elementary School and Newcastle High School. She played basketball in Jr. High. She worked in the hospital kitchen and at Mini Mart after school. She attended one year of college at EWC in Torrington. She married Larry Davey in July 1989 and was later divorced.
Anyone that she met loved her and she would do anything for anyone. She was a member of the Osage Bible Church. She was a 4H Leader for a year and a member of the Elk Mountain School Board.
She took great and caring pleasure in her family and friends, especially her children.
Survivors include her 5 daughters, Danielle, Shawna, Jade, Sydney, Riley of Osage WY, mother Virginia Garhart, her grandmother LaRue Ainslie, her 2 brothers Dwight Garhart of Newcastle, and Tony Garhart of Upton. 1 sister Myrna Garhart of Black Hawk, SD, and a half sister Jody Schossow of Casper, WY. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Opal and Leonard Garhart, father Eugene Garhart, and grandfather Bill Ainslie.
A memorial has been established at Pinnacle Bank for the education of her daughers.
