Mrs. Radonna Boyd

Radonna Boyd, 54, lost her battle with cancer on May 5th, 2012. She was born in Winslow, Arizona on April 19, 1958 and at the age of 16 she found her family. Gen'a and Darlene Adams were her parents by the grace of God. Along with her new parents were a brother and sister Gene and Kristie, who welcomed her as the best big sister ever!

In 1992, she met Billy Boyd in Corpus Christi, Texas. In 1998, the couple moved back to Upton, Wyoming where they have resided since. Shortly after moving to Upton, they met a young man, Chris Schneider, who was like a son to them. He later married Traci Nold. This would prove to be a life changing event. Out of this union came two beautiful children Sydney and Trey, so Radonna and Billy became known as Gramzy and Papa. Radonna's biggest love was spending time with her grandkids, and were some of the best times of her life. Syndey was always her dancing partner and she loved Trey "To the moon and back".

Radonna was an avid OU Football fan. She also loved bowling, Curves/Zumba, camping, and the FFL Girls weekend. She built many strong relationships with these girls and brought a lot of people together over the years.

Radonna is survived by her husband, Billy Boyd; Son and Daughter-in-law, Chris and Traci Schneider; Grandkids Syndey, Trey, Mikey, Amber and Adam; Parents, Darlene and Gen'a Adams; Brother and Sister, Gene and Kristie; and many, many other family and friends.

Services will be held at the Community Center in Upton, Wyoming on Saturday, May 12th at 11 a.m., officiated by Pastor Troy Heidt. Graveside services will be immediately following, officiated by Skeet Boyd.

Pallbearers will be Gen'a Adams, Gene Adams, Chris and Trey Schneider, Jerry Watt and Al Napolitano.

Radonna wanted any tributes to be sent to Treasured Memories Hospice Care, Box 189, Moorcroft, WY 82721.
