Mrs. Mary Pringle

Mary Pringle, 97, of Napoleon, Ohio and former resident of Upton, Wyoming passed away peacefully, Thursday, July 12, 2012 at her home. She was born on October 5, 1914 in Salem, Missouri to Ernest and Ruth (Hoodenpyle) Pines. She was united in marriage Wilbert Pringle on June 25, 1933 and he preceded her in death on July, 12, 2007.

She was a beloved mother and homemaker. She was a member of the Upton United Methodist Church in Upton as well as a member and past Matron of The Order of Eastern Star Lodge.

Surviving are two daughters, Mary Carolyn Brown, of Napoleon, OH, and Margaret (Don) Thomas of Pottsboro, TX. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Bill in 2002 and a sister, Annalee Creighton.

Friends may call at the Christ United Methodist Church of Napoleon on Saturday, July 14 from 10:00 AM up until the time of services at 11:00 AM with Rev. Russell Shaeffer, officiating. Funeral services will also be held Friday, July 20th at 10:30 AM at Upton United Methodist Church (Upton, Wyoming) with Rev. Sharee Johnson and Rev. Gene Hagerman officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery at Upton under direction of Worden Funeral Directors of Newcastle. Family suggests memorials be made to the Memorial Fund of Christ United Methodist Church in Napoleon, OH.
