Mrs Marie Domina

Marie Domina, 87, of Newcastle, Wyoming passed away on Monday January 25th at the Weston County Manor; she was surrounded by her family as she passed peacefully.
She was born August 26, 1928 in Keya Paha County, Nebraska to Ernest and Florence Gossard. She was the third of six children, four sisters and one brother. She grew up in a large ranching family and attended public school in Nebraska.
On November 30, 1946 she married Duane Domina in Bassett, Nebraska. They had five children, four sons and one daughter. They ranched in the Bassett and Newport area until moving to Newcastle in 1961. Marie stayed busy caring for her family. She started working at the Newcastle hospital in the 1960's and retired in the early 1990's while working at the Weston County Manor. Her passions were Country Music, Horses and her family.
Survivors include brother Lester Gossard, sister Shirley Dillon, son Lonnie Domina and daughter Lorna (Dean) Bergstrom, Grandsons Roy (Julie) Domina, Lance (Sarah Homuth) Bergstrom, Chad (KC) Bergstrom, Joe Domina. Granddaughters Cindy Domina, Alisha Hatlile, Kimberly Domina, Melissa Hogg, Marcie Burd, Laura Domina; and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Domina, parents Ernest and Florence Gossard, sisters Hazel Ingersol, Lillian Jacox, Wilma Painter, sons Larry Domina, Lester Domina, Lee Domina, Grandson Troy Domina, great granddaughter Angel Duvall.
Following cremation under the direction of Worden Funeral Directors, services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 31 2016 at the Four Corners Country Church with Bill Haley officiating and burial following the service at the Greenwood Cemetery in Newcastle.
