Mr. Henry Cimburek

Henry "Hank" Cimburek, 88, of Upton, Wyoming died Thursday, November 12, 2014 at Ft. Meade V.A. Medical Center.
He was born January 18, 1926 on the family farm near Veblen, South Dakota the son of Frank and Maggie (Verchota) Cimburek. He attended school through the eighth grade and later graduated from the North Dakota School of Science at Wahpeton, ND. He also enlisted in the U.S. Army from 1945-1946. He was employed as a mechanic for Materi Exploration after moving to Upton, he married Evelyn Bush on September 1, 1952 at Britton, South Dakota
Hank was active in Marathon Bridge, Upton Volunteer Fire Department and was Eucharistic Minister at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Upton. He was a prolific gardener, devout Catholic, hunter, fisherman, and card player.
He is survived by his daughters Mary Anne (Keith) Wheeler of Rapid City, SD, Helen Jean (John) Grutkowski of Sheridan, WY and one Mark (Lori) Cimburek of Casper, WY.
Grandchildren Kristie and Cory Wheeler, Katy and Michael Grutkowski, and Chase, Kayla and Trey Cimburek; great grandchildren Ciglen Wheeler, Carsyn Wheeler and Natalia Three Stars.
Preceding him in death were his parents, wife, three brothers, Frank, Charley and John Cimburek and six children; Marcy, Michael, Patrick, Susan and Debra and Louise.
Visitation will be Monday, November 17th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 Pm with recitation of The Rosary at 7:00 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Upton, Wyoming. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, November 18th a 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Kilian Muhli as celebrant. The family is accepting memorial contributions towards the Roman Catholic Post Chaplain Fund at Forth Meade Ministry Chapel, or Upton Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Service. Burial with military honors by VFW Post of Upton, Wyoming will follow at Greenwood Cemetery at Upton, Wyoming. Worden Funeral Directors of Newcastle as in change of arrangements.
