Melody Burrell

Funeral Mass for Melody D. Burrell, 43, will be celebrated at 1:00 pm Monday, October 15th at St. Anthony?s Catholic Church in Upton with Rev. Phil Wagner and Deacon Ken Pitlick as celebrants. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 7:00 pm Sunday, October 14th at St. Anthony?s Catholic Church. The family prefers memorial contributions be sent to Matthew Michael, 3696 West Robison, Hayden, ID 83835.

Mrs. Burrell died unexpectedly Thursday, October 11th at her Upton home.

Melody was born June 8, 1964 at Laramie, Wyoming the daughter of James Yount and Evelyn Clingan Frieze. Her education included 15 years of academic achievement where she earned an Associates in Arts degree, her Real Estate License, and a license as an X-Ray Technician. She was married to Dan Michael for eleven years.

Melody had a life long love of learning, gardening, caring for grandparents, reading, supporting the activities of her children. She also loved musicals and old movies.

Surviving are her daughter, Shannon Michael and son Matthew Michael, mother Evelyn Frieze, father James Yount, grandmother Myra Clingan, and Grandfather Harry Clingan. Also surviving are uncles Ed Yong, Raymond Georgia May and Joe Clingan; aunts Theresa Rick Benavidez, Cathy Cliff Dowdy and Becky Randy Ernster and their daughter Annie. Great uncles Charles Lavonne Clark, Straitor Elaine Clark, great aunt Verna Clark; Cousins Michael Bridget Helms, Joseph Helms, Jeanette Benavidez, Melanie Chris Raffenspera and their daughter Caley, Melinda Dustin Ryser and son Warren, Nate Theresa Clingan and son Brandon and daughter Gwen.
