Brother of Annis Mease and Elizabeth Wyatt. Visitation 2-9PM Tuesday at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd., 3 blks E. of Van Dyke Utica. Mr. McKinney will lie in state on Wednesday at Covenant Baptist Church, 11455 Canal, Sterling Heights from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM time of Service. Interment Christian Memorial Cultural Center.
