Mary E. Love, age 90, a resident of Royal Oak for 50 years, died June 29, 2010 in Royal Oak. She was born May 31, 1920 in Lima, OH. Ms. Love was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and served as a nurse during the Korean Conflict. She was a former State DAR Good Citizen Chairman of the Ezra Parker Chapter and a 50-year member of the First Congregational Church of Royal Oak. She was also a longtime employee of Cambridge North Nursing Home in Clawson. She is survived by her son, John Lory Love of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren, Michael Heather Love, James Sarah Cain and Brandon Mallory Cain; three nieces; and special friends, Edmund Mutsulavish and Sandy Kologek. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Helen Love. The family will receive friends Friday 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service 11:30 a.m. at the First Congregational Church of Royal Oak, with the Rev. John Miller officiating.
