Best, Mary M. Age 91, of Dearborn, formerly Berkley and Pinehurst, N.C., died Friday, March 4, 2011 at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn. She was born October 18, 1919, in Detroit. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert E. and son, Robert. Dear mother of James Day, David Armeda, Mary Joan and John. Also 2 grandchildren. Sister of Robert Chapman. Mrs. Best was a Registered Nurse who graduated from Mercy School of Nursing, Detroit. In her years in Berkley she was very active with the Women's Guild at Our Lady of LaSalette Church, also while in North Carolina she was very active at Sacred Heart. In state Tuesday 12:30 p.m. with Rosary Service 1:00 p.m. followed by Mass 1:15 p.m. at Henry Ford Village Chapel, Dearborn. Arrangements by Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, Royal Oak.
