MAYER, MARVEL ANN left us this week to be reunited with her adored and adoring late husband Tyner and her cherished Heavenly Father. She took her last breath shortly after 1:00 am on September 3, 2009; she took her first on November 20, 1926. After 82 years, she said a sweet goodbye. Marvel was the beloved wife of her late high school sweetheart, Tyner Hildreth, for over 60 years. The loving matriarch, Marvel was the dear mother of Timothy A. Deborah, D.D.S., the late Terry, and Deborah Joseph Lambourn and the late Robert Plumm; daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret Pierson; sister of Arthur Janet Pierson; grandmother of Nicole Norman Yatooma, Timothy Jr. Melanie Mayer, Lyndsey, Kara, and Christian Plumm; great grandmother of Olivia, Gabriella, and Sophia Yatooma and Isabella and Timothy III Mayer. Visitation Friday 2-9 p.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Sons Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. In state Saturday 12:00 p.m. until time of service, 1 p.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Sons Funeral Home. Intensely dedicated to her Lord Jesus Christ and her loved ones, family and friends cherished this endeared prayer warrior, dedicated wife, selfless mother, and tender grandmother.
