Born in Detroit to the late William Francis and Florence Elizabeth Pearl McEvoy. Beloved wife of the late Det. Sgt. Gerald S. Smith and the late Ronald James Bleecker. Loving mother of Beverly Ronald Irwin, Debora Gonzalez Bleecker, Ronald the late Nancy Bleecker, Linda Bill Broomfield, Jim Ann Bleecker and Daniel Diane Bleecker. Proud grandmother of Samantha Irwin; Austin and Alec Gonzalez; Bobby, Billy, Elizabeth, Buddy and Barbie Broomfield; Andrew, Alex, Ashley and Abby Bleecker; Margaret, Zeke and Liz Burns; Heather and Danny Bleecker. Step-grandmother to Alan, Christine and Tearesa Gonzalez; Ronnie and John Irwin. Marjorie is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Marilyn Kartje, Madeline Blair, Bill McEvoy, Pat McDonald and Barb Harvey. Marjorie loved to golf and taught medical office assisting for many years. Visitation starting Saturday, August 27th, 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. - 8 p.m. with a Rosary Service Saturday 7 p.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Rd. 4 blks.
