Marie Devine

Marie Devine nee Chorley, age 91, a resident of Huntington Woods, died March 3, 2010 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born April 22, 1918 in Highland Park. Mrs. Devine received her bachelors degree from the University of Detroit. She is survived by her husband, James A. Devine; children, Patricia Fred Sherer Devine, Nancy Thomas Kurkowski, Constance Lawrence Beaubien and Anne Ray Cozzens Devine; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Helen Henkle and Virginia Flick. The visitation will be Sunday 1-9 p.m. with an 8 p.m. scripture service at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. Mrs. Devine will lie in state Monday 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass 11 a.m. at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in Berkley.
