Lucille Olenski

Lucille M. Olenski, age 86, a resident of Clawson, formerly of Royal Oak, died July 15, 2010 at her home. She was born October 6, 1923 in Superior, WI. Mrs. Olenski has been a resident of Royal Oak and Clawson since 1960. She retired in 1988 from William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, as a medical technician, after 25 years of service. She was a member of the Guardian Angels Catholic Church Alter Society and a volunteer at Cambridge Nursing Home North in Clawson. She is survived by her sons, Jim Olenski of Beverly Hills and Tom Laurie Olenski of Clarkston; siblings, Margaret Kutkoski of Clawson, Daniel Bauer of McAllen, TX and Harry Bauer of Royal Oak; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Olenski; and parents, Henry and Margaret Bauer. The visitation will be Monday 2-8 p.m. and service Tuesday 11 a.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. The inurnment will take place at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery in Troy.
