Mrs. Fischer will lie in state on Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 45160 Van Dyke, Utica from 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM time of service. Interment Cadillac Memorial Gardens East. Memorials suggested to The Win Graebner Scholarship Fund or The Todd Remer Scholarship Fund at Trinity.
