Liz Mattice

Liz Mattice, age 56, a resident of Shelby Township, passed away Sept. 29, 2013 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township. Liz was born February 22, 1957 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to Frederick and Mildred Gross. She was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, and baking. She was always willing to talk "politics" with anyone and was firm in her beliefs. She had a love for animals and most especially her Siamese cats. Liz married her beloved husband Albert April 11, 1975 in Mt. Clemens and cherished 38 loving years. Most loving mother to Amy Davis, Lisa Scott Wille, and Ashley Mattice. Grandmother of Mikayla and Christyna Davis. Dear sister of Frederick Jean Gross, Jr., Raymond Gross, and Louis Gross. Liz also leaves behind many other loving family members and friends. Visitation Tuesday from 2:00 until 8:00 PM at the Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8359 Hall Road 3 Blocks East of Van Dyke, Utica. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home.
