Lawrence Greer, Sr

Lawrence W. Greer, Sr., age 92, of Sterling Heights, formerly of Royal Oak and Zephyrhills, FL, died February 2, 2009 at William Beaumont Hospital in Troy. He was born November 29, 1916 in Detroit. He is survived by his children, Beverly Rodgers of Macomb Township and Barbara Ken Bittell of Taylor; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Greer; his son, Lawrence W. Greer, Jr.; and grandson, Vernon Greer. Inurnment Thursday 2:00 pm at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak, with the Rev.
