Kenneth Clark

Kenneth Clark, age 84, a resident of Royal Oak for 59 years, died March 15, 2010 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was born October 11, 1925 in Detroit. Mr. Clark was a World War II U.S. Marine veteran who served in the South Pacific and participated in the occupation of Japan. He was also a retired machinist. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Clark; children, Susan Belaski of Grand Rapids, Janice Maxey of Farmington Hills and Kenneth Clark of Oakland Township; sister, Dorothy Clark of Florida; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his three brothers. The visitation will be Thursday 1-9 p.m. and service Friday 11 a.m. at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak, with the Rev. Dale Hunter officiating. The burial will take place at Roseland Park Cemetery in Berkley. Memorials to the charity of the donor's choice appreciated.
