Joseph L. Schmitz, Sr., age 88 passed away August 17, 2011 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Pearl. Dear father of Joseph Sue Schmitz, Pearl Geer, Elaine Schmitz and Joyce Alfonso. Loving grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
