Mr. Richter was employed as a Floor Inspector with Ford Motor Company. Beloved Husband of Carol. Loving Father of John Paul Richter II, and Joanne P Brendan Rilliet. Proud Grandfather of Phillip Ternullo, Savannah Ternullo, and Carolyn Rilliet. Dear Brother of Muriel Dan Shinaver and the late Richard Richter. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
