Jeremy Will Richardson passed away peacefully in his sleep the night of September 23, 2024 at his home in Newcastle, Wy.
Jeremy Richardson was born in Roseberg, Oregon on May30th, 1969 to Jimmy and Jance Richardson. Jeremy was the oldest of 2, his sister Julie Richardson was born 2 years after him. Jeremy went to school in Oregon, before moving to Rock Springs where he graduated in 1988. During his time in school in Rock Springs he was an avid wrestler which led him to be state champion his 8th grade year. Once he hit highschool he met his future wife and mother to his two children Cheryl Parrow. While in highschool they did marry on July 5th, 1987 and he also found his love for cars which led to his first job in a machine shop and the purchase of his first car being a 1968 camaro rs/ss. Once married Jeremy and Cheryl moved to Douglas Wyoming where they had their first child Kera Richardson on February 12th, 1992. 4 years following they moved to Buffalo, Wyoming where they gave birth to their son Cameron Richardson. Jeremy had moved to many places throughout his life but always did jobs that related to cars and spent much of his time working in different car parts stores, mechanicing, and truck driving later in his life. He always preferred to spend most of his free time with family, children and grandchildren. Even though he moved around alot he always found himself coming back to Wyoming. He moved to Newcastle, Wyoming the summer of 2013.
Jeremey had many hobbies in his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing which he did a lot of in his younger years with his father and uncles. He also enjoyed weightlifting and strength training in his younger life. He always had a deep passion for mechanics but almost seemed to enjoy the hunt for odd or obscure cars and parts more than he enjoyed actually working on them. However, it never stopped him from having countless car projects over the years. He even dabbled in the culinary world as he enjoyed smoking meats and baking breads. Sourdough being one of his favorites. All while enjoying his favorite drink, a screwdriver.
Jeremy was a family oriented man, who cared deeply for his loved ones. He loved spending quality time with his family and always put them first before himself. He is survived by his mother Janice Richardson, his father Jimmy Richardson. His aunt and uncles Ken and Carol Richardson and Tom and Linda King. His cousins Troy Richardson, Kenna Rubinato and Greg King. His sister Julie Richardson, his daughter Kera Weldon, his son Cameron Richardson, his grandkids Toryn and Ariya Weldon. Also survived by his 3 dogs Abby, Bowser, and Caine.
Jeremy made many friends everywhere he went, he never shied away from knocking on a stranger's door just because they had a cool car in their yard. He loved his family and we love him. He will be greatly missed but always remembered. Jeremy's celebration of life will be on November 2nd, 2024 at the Newcastle lodge & convention center at 1pm.
