Jeanne Reeder

Jeanne Esther Moffet Reeder, age 92, a resident of Royal Oak, formerly of Mecosta, MI, died July 11, 2011 at St. Anne?s Mead in Southfield. She was born July 16, 1918 in Detroit to the late Merle and Mabel Moffet. She is survived by her daughters, Joanne David Nemer, Janis Ted Pierzchala and Cheryl John Adams; sister, Ruth Penney; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Mrs. Reeder was preceded in death by her husband, Harley Davis Reeder, on May 18, 2007; the couple married February 14, 1941 in Detroit. The visitation will be Thursday 1 p.m. until the time of service 7 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W Eleven Mile Road 4 blks. E of Woodward, Royal Oak. The burial will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery in Mecosta. Memorials to American Heart Association, Alzheimer?s Association or William Beaumont Hospice appreciated.
