Jane Y. Stewart, 91, of Flagstaff, Ariz., formerly of Beverly Hills, Mich., died Friday, Dec. 14, 2007 in Flagstaff. She was born Dec. 3, 1916, in Ann Arbor to the late Fred and Alfreda McCaul the founder and owner of McCaul Lumberyard. Mrs. Stewart was a graduate of Albion College and a member of the Alpha XI Delta sorority for over 70 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry Stewart in 2003. The couple wed on March 15, 1941 in Detroit. She is survived by children, JoAnn the late Duane Flanery of Flagstaff, John Joanne Stewart of Imlay City; grandchildren, Christine Flanery, Dr. Karen Stewart and Cheryl Brian Stewart-Verner; and great grandchildren, Aaron Verner and Leah Verner.
