Beloved husband of Joan. Loving father of Jim Sharon, Dan Kathy, Jane Hussein Panju, Julie Ric Sparks, Jacque Brent Kovach, Jan Kevin Klco, Joyce Tom Heenan and Joanne Rob Manilla. Proud grandfather of Amanda Marc Summers, Lindsay, Marc Storey, Greg, Jon, Niki Klco, Alayna Klco, Jena Manilla, Anna Manilla, Tessa Manilla, Cole Manilla, Hannah Heenan, Julia Heenan, Drew Heenan, Blake Heenan, and great grandfather of Grant Summers and Reese Summers. Dear brother of Jenny Huck Pheister. Mr. Mecoli was a Navy veteran, serving in WWII. He was a retired Master Plumber. Tony was known as very loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Formerly he enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing. In-State Saturday, February 6, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral Mass, 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 13500 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park 48237.
