James Nantais

James J. Nantais, age 78, of Clinton Twp., formerly of Sterling Heights, passed away April 9, 2014 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. James was an avid card player, especially loved playing Euchre. He loved the Detroit sports teams and was a great horse racing fan. Beloved husband of Pat. Dear father of Denise Wethy, Dan Erin Nantais, David Dawn Nantais, James Diane Nantais, Jr., Julie Burke and Judy Nizar Slama. Loving grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Tom Marian Nantais and the late Melvin, Donald, Howard, Shirley and Kathleen. Pre-deceased by parents Albert and Clara Grones Nantais. A Celebration of Life visitation will be at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd.3 blks. E. of Van Dyke Utica on Sunday from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Memorial Mass Monday 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 12509 19 Mile Rd., Sterling Heights.
